Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with G-Stacker. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with G-Stacker for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Refund requests made within 14 days of your initial purchase will receive a full refund.
- After the initial 14-day period, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Refund requests made within 14 days of your initial purchase will receive a full refund.
- After 14 days, annual subscribers may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription term, calculated from the date the refund request is received. A 15% early termination fee will be deducted from the prorated amount.
Plan Upgrades
- If you upgrade your plan and are not satisfied with the upgraded tier, you may request a refund of the price difference within 7 days of the upgrade. You will be moved back to your previous plan.
Plan Downgrades
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period since you retain access to all features until the cycle ends.
WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
- Stacks that have already been generated and published to your Google account. Generated content remains on your Google account regardless of refund status.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (for monthly plans) or beyond the prorated refund window (for annual plans).
- Third-party costs incurred through your use of G-Stacker (e.g., domain registration, Cloudflare fees, GitHub charges).
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Contact us through the Help Center within the G-Stacker platform.
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
- We will process your request within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
CHARGEBACKS
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension during the investigation.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
