Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and G-Stacker Inc. ("G-Stacker," "we," "us") and govern your use of gstacker.com, our app at dashboard.gstacker.com, and all of our products and services, including G-Stacker Humanize (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you're authorized to act for it.

2. What the Service does

G-Stacker is software that builds and maintains online authority for your business — generating and publishing content across Google properties, the web, and AI search surfaces, and (via Humanize) editing text to read naturally. You connect a Google account and authorize us to create and manage the files and properties you request.

3. Your Google account and content

• You authorize us to create, edit, and manage the Google files and properties you request, using the access you grant. You can revoke access any time in your Google settings.
• You are the publisher of record for everything created on your accounts and are responsible for it.
• You must keep your login secure and use the Service lawfully — no spam, deception, impersonation, or anything that breaks Google's or any third party's terms or the law.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

• You get 2 free stacks for life — no card, no time limit. A paid subscription is required to create your third stack.
• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each period (monthly or yearly) through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes don't affect the period you've already paid for.

5. EEA/UK consumer rights and cooling-off

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because the Service is digital and starts right away, by subscribing you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed; for partly-used periods you may be charged for what you used. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.

6. Acceptable use

The Service is for legitimate businesses with real products, services, and audiences. We may suspend or terminate accounts that send spam, impersonate others, generate unlawful content, or otherwise violate these Terms — immediately in serious cases.

7. Intellectual property

• Your content: you keep ownership of your brand info and the content generated for you, subject to the terms of the platforms where it's published.
• Our platform: the Service's software, design, models, and templates are ours. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or extract them.

8. AI-generated content

We use AI to generate content and images. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing everything before publishing, especially in regulated fields (legal, medical, financial). We don't guarantee accuracy, compliance, or any specific outcome.

9. No affiliation; no results guarantee

G-Stacker is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Meta. We can't and don't guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, or other results — these depend on factors outside our control.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, GitHub, AI providers, and others). We're not responsible for their availability or changes, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (including your mandatory consumer rights).

12. Indemnification

You agree to cover claims arising from your use of the Service, the content published through your account, or your breach of these Terms or the law — except where not permitted for consumers.

13. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. Content already published to your own accounts and hosts remains under your control.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be handled in the courts or by binding arbitration in the United States — except that if you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where appropriate, emailed at least 30 days in advance. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
