3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND GOOGLE ACCOUNT ACCESS
3.1. You must authenticate using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.2. By connecting your Google account to G-Stacker, you authorize us to create, edit, and manage Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar events, Drive folders, and Sites on your behalf. These actions are performed using the OAuth tokens you authorize.
3.3. You may connect multiple Google accounts based on your subscription tier (Standard: 1, Professional: 3, Enterprise: 10).
3.4. You may revoke G-Stacker’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent G-Stacker from creating or managing properties on that account.
3.5. You are solely responsible for the content published to your Google account through G-Stacker. While we generate content using AI, you are the publisher of record for all properties created on your Google account.
4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING
4.1. G-Stacker offers three subscription tiers: Standard, Professional, and Enterprise. Each tier includes specific limits on the number of stacks per month, brands, and connected Google accounts as described on our pricing page.
4.2. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) through Stripe.
4.3. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
4.4. Monthly stack generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused stacks do not carry over to the next month.
4.5. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
5.1. Your use of G-Stacker is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2. G-Stacker is designed exclusively for building legitimate brand authority for real businesses with real products, services, and audiences. It is not to be used for spam, deception, impersonation, or any activity that violates Google’s Terms of Service or applicable law.
5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. Your Content: You retain ownership of your brand information, uploaded assets, and any content you create or edit within G-Stacker.
6.2. Generated Content: Content generated by G-Stacker’s AI systems on your behalf becomes your property upon creation. You may use, modify, and distribute generated content without restriction, subject to the terms of the platforms where it is published (e.g., Google’s Terms of Service).
6.3. Our Platform: The G-Stacker platform, including its code, design, AI models, templates, algorithms, and documentation, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform.

7.2. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. G-Stacker does not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate, legally compliant in your jurisdiction, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7.3. AI-generated images may not perfectly represent your brand, products, or services. You should review all generated imagery before use.
